A couple more Alex Wetmore rack tabs pressed into service here.

You can see how the wire emerges from the right strut; notice the left strut has
the same opening. That's in case we want to to run the wire inside the frame
all the way: From the headlight into the down tube, then into the left chainstay
via the bottom bracket, then up inside the left side of the rack, from the dropout.

Thinking about doing that. As it is, the wire is taped to the outside of the top tube.
