This may look like the wire will get cut by the steel edge there, but:
(1) I did round the edge with a needle file, (2) I plan to add a short
piece of heat-shrink tubing over the wire just right there, when we re-
assemble it after getting the rack painted or plated. (3) There's close
to zero relative motion of the parts there, in use — no "sawing"
motion.   (4) Plus those Schmidt co-axial cables are really tough!
